Rethink Taxation

Our new Constitution is now established, and has an appearance that promises permanency; but in this world nothing can be said to be certain, except death and taxes.

If death and taxes are to be certain We the People need to rethink our relationship to both. Taxation is a necessity to form a civilized state, but We the People cannot be pigeonholed into believing there is only one way to tax ourselves. The last time the United States rethought our system of Taxation was in 1913, and it’s time to do so once again.

That is the year the 16th Amendment to the United States Constitution was ratified, and it was the year when the Federal Government lost sight of how a fair Taxation system should be conducted.

The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.

Since the ratification of the 16th Amendment the Federal Government has become completely reliant on taxes derived from incomes which intrinsically places and inequitable burden on the working class. My campaign is about Rethinking how We the People tax ourselves to provide for our collective welfare.

Create an economy where we encourage small business in some industries

Our Tax System has broken down over the last 40 years. Those with much have found loopholes and shelters to keep more of their money for their own uses. With this money they have created additional loopholes and shelters to make sure their private jets and yachts aren’t taxed the way they should be. In fact in many cases they are able to deduct these expenses all together.

Abolish the 16th Amendment to force the USA to redo it’s Tax system.

Instead we could have individualized taxes on different items. Yachts are taxed at 95% where Rice is free from taxation at the consumer level.

Incentivize the middle class through taxes and incentivize the rich to spend on the USA rather than save.
